Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please email us at support@koston.com with your order number.

We offers customers the option to return eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are provided in the form an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus return shipping costs and an $5.00 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs on Returns are not covered by KOSTON. 

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue an online gift card to the customer. Please note that your return shipping label fee is deducted from your refund.

We reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer's expense.

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and then purchase the new item.
