Commitment to Our Communities

At KOSTON, we are deeply engaged with our community on important issues. We aim to contribute positively by giving back to local and global organizations.

That’s why we have partnered with BC SPCA and donated 1000 meals to dogs in need

The meals are split between shelter dogs at the Vancouver branch of the BC SPCA and homeless dogs through Charlie’s Food Bank

Why BC SPCA?

Community involvement isn’t passive for us. Our intention is to listen to the needs of local and global organizations who are committed to driving lasting change for those they support and beyond.

We continually seek feedback on our efforts and stay engaged with our communities, so we can support where it is needed most.

We chose the BC SPCA because their values to protect and advocate for all pets’ health, safety, and wellness, align with ours.

“We’re inspired by the bravery and loyalty shown by animals and want to support them on their journey to find a new home.” BC SPCA

The mission of the BC SPCA is “
to protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in British Columbia.

With 44 locations, the BC SPCA is North America’s largest animal welfare organization of this kind and the largest animal sheltering society in the world.

BC SPCA cares for more than 97,109 abused and homeless animals every year. Our donation is aimed at supporting their efforts to meet the nutritional needs of these dogs.

What Else Does the BC SPCA Do For Pets?

Through Charlie's Food Bank, BC SPCA helps low-income families and vulnerable communities of downtown Vancouver feed their dogs by providing free or low-cost food and services.

We believe wholeheartedly in the work Charlie’s Food Bank is doing. Being a pet guardian is not something that is only for a privileged few.

Pets bring us unconditional love and a sense of comfort, purpose, and belonging in this world.

We are committed to deepening our connection and support of local and international organizations that positively impact the lives of pets and animals in need.
